Kim is a dedicated school re-engagement consultant at Can’t Face School, with a strong background in inclusive, trauma-informed education and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by students struggling to attend school.
With experience teaching in Alice Springs, including roles in mainstream education, the Alice Springs Youth Detention Centre, and as the leader of the Hospital School, Kim brings a unique perspective to working with students affected by complex social, emotional, and mental health issues. These roles have shaped a deep awareness of how trauma, neurodiversity, and mental health impact a young person’s ability to engage in education.
