Paige brings over six years of senior leadership experience as School Principal at Niddrie Autistic School and Campus Principal at Western Autistic School, where she demonstrated an unwavering commitment to inclusive education and curriculum development. At the heart of her work has been a mission to empower every student through personalised, meaningful learning.

Her expertise lies in bridging the gap between educational policy and classroom practice, ensuring that teaching teams consistently deliver transformative learning experiences. Guided by the core values of equity and innovation, Paige has cultivated environments where diversity in learning is not only supported but celebrated.

As a leader at the Autism Teaching Institute, Paige coordinated and delivered postgraduate studies to educators. She worked alongside leaders in their respective fields—including psychologists, professors, speech and occupational therapists, and teachers—to support professional development and inclusive classroom practice. In her role as trainer and assessor, she mentored teachers in real-time, helping them translate theory into impactful practice.

Paige has had a long and deeply rewarding career working with autistic children and their families. She is known for developing trusting, respectful relationships with students, parents, and professionals—relationships that form the foundation for meaningful collaboration and progress.

Alongside her professional experience, Paige brings a personal perspective as an autistic and ADHD (AuDHD) woman. She is committed to helping students build self-knowledge, care, and confidence, and to ensuring that educational environments are designed for every student to thrive.

Paige lives in Melbourne’s beautiful Bayside area with her husband Rob and their much-loved three-legged dog, Zara. Their four adult children are working and pursuing their dreams with Paige and Rob’s loving support.
